Came in for breakfast. Had a little bit of a wait for our food, but its these small towns that get us to slow down and enjoy conversation at the breakfast table again. Food was well worth the wait. The green chili was by far the best I have ever had. I was sad I couldn't take the left overs with me on the road. Heather was awesome. She was friendly and prompt with her service. Her patience and customer service is what makes me coming back for more. Thanks Heather!!!

this little restaurant is attached to the gas station. It is about the size of a small Cafe. This little quaint place has really good good breakfast. The service is Good, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed having a breakfast meal here while passing through Colorado to Wyoming. Glad we stopped in.

We stayed at the hotel next to this restaurant and I called in to make an order. We ordered two breakfast burritos to go and I'm sure glad we did. The burritos were a very decent size, it was like a big omellete with hash browns tugged inside a tortilla. The food was great and the service was quick, easy to order, and friendly. We feel ready with a belly full of food to continue our journey. (P. S. The prices were wrong in the internet menu, I payed $10 for both burritos, I think online in the Google menu it said $8 each.) Great service and good food. It's a seat yourself where you want kinda place. The big portions really make one feel full before finished. I personally like to see that the staff is always cleaning up as they go. I like knowing that it doesn't have a chance to get funky. They will never be in an undercover expose show, hahaha. I really appreciate that the food is made to order not sitting aging under heat lamps. If I wanted that, I could go to any fast food place coast to coast, no thanks. I'll be happy to wait the time it takes to have fresh made to order food here every time I visit them. Quality food and quality staff make Shommy's a must visit every time I'm through Parachute.

Ok, first off the description didn't mention karaoke on Saturdays, which may have slowed the service. The food was decent, but tasted like it was frozen. For the quality of the food, it was overpriced. Our waitress was super nice, though.
